AI-Powered Help Generation

Release management

Business requirements:

 

A new version of Harshoo6.qom is planned for the 1st of August.
John wants to inform the users of the scheduled release well in advance.
After the release is deployed, John wants to deliver the release notes to every user.
The website has a new page, AutoPayments, and John wants to provide instructions on how to use this new functionality.

Terms and Conditions

Business requirements:

 

  • The advice from John’s legal team is to get every user to agree with the Terms and Conditions of Use (T&Cs) before being allowed to use Harshoo6.qom.
    His legal team gives a number of reasons:
    • Gathering users’ personal data
    • Limitations of liability
    • Intellectual property protection
  • Dispute resolution
  • Each user’s agreement with the T&Cs must be time-stamped
  • If the user declines to agree with the T&Cs, then the user should be stopped from using Harshoo6.qom.

Collect Feedback

Business requirements:

 

John wants to collect feedback from the users on the new Shopping module in the Harshoo6.qom website, which will be released on the 1st of April. All pages in the new Shopping module are in the folder https://harshoo6.qom/Shopping/. The collected feedback will be used to understand the functionalities most appreciated by the users, and also to identify the functionalities that causethe  most grievances to the users and therefore need improvements.
John also wants to be immediately notified if the rating for a single page or a group of pages becomes negative.

Define Online Help

Business requirements:

 

John is satisfied with the current Harshoo6.qom functionality. He believes that his users will be even happier if online help is added to some of the pages with instructions on how to use them. So, he wants to add online help to Harshoo6.qom, but is concerned with the amount of regression testing that will need to be done if the code in every page is modified by adding the online help.
He also wants the online help to be maintainable without any code changes and without redeploying Harshoo6.qom.
